To promote gelatin applications in every potential consumer markets, through of the exchange of technical information between its affiliates and associations, such as GME (Gelatin Manufacturers of Europe); GMIA (Gelatin Manufacturers Institute of America, Inc.); GMAP (Gelatin Manufacturers Association of Asia Pacific); GMJ (Gelatin Manufacturers Association of Japan) and the external entities.

 

To promote the gelatin manufacturers in front of national, regional, and international authorities, defending its legal interests and its free trade.
